  • Location: Territory based, but leads come from our Colorado Springs, Denver, or Fort Collins regions
  • Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday (Tue – Fri 12,3,6 and Sat 9,12,3,6 for appointment windows)
  • Pay: Paid Training + Commission


  • Self-generate leads & pre-qualified appointments
  • Deliver in-home sales presentations of custom solar proposals
  • Educate the homeowner on residential solar and its benefits
  • Follow up with customers to close deals
  • Attend a weekly sales meetings


  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prior experience with in-homes sales is strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings
  • Excels at in-home sales


  • Base salary plus commission
  • Full Time position: Tuesday- Saturday, evenings and weekends
